The property is located in Peloponnisos in the province Messinia on the west side of the small historical village of Methoni.
The property is next to the sea, there
are some small accessible bays

which with the required special
permission can be re-constructed for
swimming. In front of the property,
close by, there are two small islands
that can be used/ commercialized
with the appropriate permissions as
marinas. Within 50 meters of the property there is a 2,5 kilometre sandy beach with clear blue water which will satisfy also the most demanding visitors/tourists!

archaeological sites as well as the castle at which the property has an exclusive view. Furthermore the property is easily accessible from Kalamata, the capital of the province of Messinia, with its international airport and general hospital and all other facilities one can expect to be available in a big city. It's not a coincidence that a lot of famous people choose this destination either for their summer or winter holidays, especially for the west part of Messinia!
